Personal Railway Traveling:
Tourist have to make an arrangement of their Railway Ticket. Company has no responsibility for the same. As per the Railway rules, Reservation of ticket should be arranged before 120 Days (apart from Departure date) so tourists are requested to book their tickets Before 120 days.
The vehicle arrangement will be made only once for sight seen. The vehicle arrangement will not be made again in any case of closing or shut down of Darshan or sight seen or road closed due to any reason. Tourist has to reach the destinations at their own expense in case where vehicle cannot go. The vehicle for journey by road will be provide according to the number of tourists. Tourist have to pay extra 20% of tour cost if they wish to travel through Personal Vehicle apart from routine Vehicle. In case of AC is not working in Vehicle Due to any reasons than Rs. 100/- Per Person Per Day will be refunded. Apart from this company is not responsible for anything. AC & Music Instrument is switch off during the Hill Journey. Tourists have to reach by their own at Pickup Point and from Ending Point of Tour they have to reach next destination.
Tea / Coffee with Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner will be provided from the Hotel Restaurant, on way Lunch / Dinner will arrange from Road Side Restaurant / Dhaba on prefixed Menu according to the convenience of time. Guest have to ordered by own other than the fixed Menu. No Lunch will be provided if Group size is below 10. Two Litre Mineral Water Bottle Per Person Per Day will be Provided. Without Onion & Garlic Food will be provided with prior intimation.
One separate Standard Category Room will be provided for two full tickets and If single tourist who wishes to stay in a separate room than He / She have to pay 75% amount of Two Full Tickets. Double bed room with extra mattress on the floor will be provided for three Full tickets / Half tickets (separate seats). Rooms will be provided / making vacant according to check-out time of hotel. Tourist will have to be agreed with the facilities provided to them in case of the rooms allotted by the hotel are not in adequate numbers, moreover no refund will be given as compensation. Tourist have to change Hotel by their own expanse. Tourist has to follow this rule strictly. In tour of CHARDHAM AC Accommodation will be provided in Haridwar and Srinagar (Garhwal) Only and rest of the places accommodate in Guest House. In some places no Geyser facility then Hot Water will be provided by the Bucket. Accommodation in Kedarnath will be on Four to Six Sharing Basis. NAC Accommodation will be provided at Hill Station Areas. During night stay it is not possible to provide rooms with same facility, same size, same view & on the same floor. In some hotels there are arrangements of King size bed or two separate beds also. Some Hotels may not have Lift Facility. From November to February Room Heater (One) will provide at Shimla, Manali, Dalhousie, Dharamshala, Srinagar, Pahalgam. Tourists have to booked Helicopter Ticket for Kedarnath by their own. Due to any circumstances Helicopter will not fly then no arrangements will be provided from our side, tourists have to make arrangements by their self expense. And no refund will be permitted.
The rules stated in tour Contract are to be strictly followed by every tourist. Half ticket is allotted only to the child who is in the age group of 03 to 08 years and One seat will be allotted in Vehicle without any Extra Mattress. If a child between 1 to 3 years then Photo copy of the birth certificates should be submitted of the Child. Do not bring precious things with you during tour. Tourist himself is responsible for carrying, shifting and taking care of their own luggage. Tourists are advised to insure their Luggage, Medical & Accident. The tourist will have to pay Rs. 3000/- Cash per day to the manager in case of delayed tour for any reason. It is compulsory for every tourist to keep his/her proof of citizenship of India. Driving license, Passport, Election card etc. may be used as proof. In Gangtok for Tsomo Lake Permit, only PAN Card & Driving Licence are Valid to take the Permission for the same. Foreign Tourists have to carry Original Passport with valid Visa. Tourist has to pay the full amount of the ticket on or before 15 days of the departure of tour, the seat will be cancelled if he/she failed to do so, moreover no refund will be given in any case. A tourist can bring with him the luggage of about 15 Kgs. only, otherwise he has to pay the extra charges as per rules and regulations for extra Baggage. The tour will be cancelled in case of not adequate numbers of tourists & the amount of deposit paid by tourist will be refunded by cheque only. The refund of deposit will be paid by A/C Payee cheque / RTGS / NEFT / IMPS only. The rates of ticket are fixed up according to present Vehicle /Air Fares, but in case of price hike before departure or during the tour, the tourist will have to pay the additional charge by cash during tour. The vehicle arrangement will be made according to the number of tourists and every tourist will have to accept it. During the Tour, Every Tourist have to ready as per the time given by the Tour Manager, if tourists are not ready as the particular time then they have to reach up to next Destination by their own. Due to any reason any sightseeing place will missed out then Tour Manager or Shakti Travels are not Responsible for the same. Tour organizing is a business of rendering services, it is necessary to have the service of persons from outside and other organizations, for them we are not responsible, therefore, the persons with sensitive nature & mental disorder should not join the tour. The rules suggested in tour contract are equal for all tours and every tourist is strictly bound to follow. Subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts, Tribunal, Forum in Ahmedabad only, in cases of any Disputes concerned to Rules & Regulations of the Tour and the Management.
Tourist are requested to reserve their seat by paying per person Rs. 5,000/- as an advance deposit which is non-refundable in any case. Tourist are requested to get the tour program, address of their stay during journey, list of sight seen places before seven days of the departure of tour. Those who wish to book their tour through authorized booking agents or Online are requested to deposit by RTGS / NEFT / IMPS in our Bank Account. After depositing the Amount send us the deposited receipt / proof by Email to confirm your Booking. Before 15 Days make balance payment otherwise booking will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be permissible.
The tourist has to bear expense like Porter Charges, Donations, Jeep / Elephant Safaris, Paragliding, Ropeway, Helicopter Charges, Light and Sound Show, Beach Water Sport, Beach Activities, Laser Show, Camera Charges, Horse riding, Gandola Charges, Boating Charges, River Rafting, Telephone Calls, Ayurvedic Massage, Mini Bar, Medical / Baggage / Personal / Accidental Insurance, Emergency Rescue Charges, Laundry Service, Ferry Boat, Tips, Entrance Fees such as Garden / Temples / Monuments etc. etc.
Small bags up to 15 Kg., Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Tongue cleaner, Personal Medicines, Woollen clothes for tour of Hill Stations. It is advisable to get the luggage insured. Tourist of Yamunotri – Gangotri - Badrinath - Kedarnath - Amaranth must bring the woollen gloves, Monkey cap, Sport Shoes, Rain Coat, woollen neck belt, Vaseline, Dry Ginger tablets etc. Plastic Bags & Plastic Bottles are not allowed in Hill Area.
Tour will be cancelled only after receipt of written application. The following cancellation charges per ticket will be charged in case of tourist wishes to cancel their ticket for any reason after the seat is booked. Once Seat is booked, Rs. 5000/- is treated as a cancellation charge. If cancel Before 30 Days of departure of tour than Rs. 10,000/- will be charged. If cancel Before 15 Days of departure of tour than Rs. 12,000/- will be charged. If cancel Before 10 Days of departure of tour than Rs. 15,000/- will be charged. If cancel within 10 days of Departure No refund will be given in any case. Refund will be paid by Cheque / NEFT / RTGS only.
The amount of GST will be charged extra. Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
