Rules and Regulations
Cost Include:
- Accommodation on twin /Triple Sharing Basis in standard room with Breakfast.
- AC Transportation as per the Package.
Cost Exclude:
- Air Fare/Train fare
- Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity. Mineral/soft/hard drinks, rafting, Minibar, Boat charges, Horse riding, joy ride (Toy Train).
- Additional sight seeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Toll Tax, Parking, Driver Allowance
- Guide charges, Entrance Fees & Camera Charges
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities, landslides, road blockage, any disturbances, etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Govt. Service Tax.
- Medical & Baggage Insurance.
- Anything which is not include in the cost include box.

- Platinum Package: Super Deluxe Hotels with AC Rooms

Cancellation POLICY:
Cancellation has to be sent to us by Fax /email.
Before 30 days - communication charges of Rs 1000.00 per person

AMENDEMNT :
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.
REFUND:
Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest is booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.
Booking Procedure:
- All booking request for the packages has to be sent to us only in writing / e-mail at: tour@shaktitourism.com or Fax to our Ahmedabad Office: +91 079 – 4021 8800
- Details Required For Confirmation:
Please provide the following details along with your booking request:
- Package Name / Code and Category.
- Clients Name with Postal Address, E- Mail & Contact No.
- Total No of Pax along with adult sharing the rooms and child without bed.
- Date of Arrival and Departure with Pick Up & Drop Details.
- All bookings should to be reconfirmed with us minimum 07 days prior to the date off arrival along with confirmed arrival details, failure on which will be considered as cancellation.
PAYMENTS:
- Initial Deposit: Any confirmation is subject to a non-refundable advance deposit of INR 5000.00 per Person and has to be paid immediately, after we process the booking.
- Balance Payment: has to be made in advance and must be paid & settled at the time of reconfirmation (07 days prior to the date of departure).
- Payment Mode: Payments can be remitted through any of the following mode and is subject to realization:
- Demand Draft: In favor of "Shakti Tourism (India) Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Ahmedabad
- At Par Cheque: Issue in the name of "Shakti Tourism (India) Pvt. Ltd.”.
- Cash / Cheque Deposit in ICICI Bank in your city. A/c No: 0240 0500 7917 A/c Name: "Shakti Tourism (India) Pvt. Ltd.” J.M.C Branch, Ahmedabad
After depositing the payment, please fax it or mail the copy. After receiving the amount we will proceed for the bookings and reverting you within 2-3 Working Days.
*** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.
Notes:
- Normally Hotels Check in Time is 13:00 Hrs. / Check out time is 09:00 Hrs
- In Sasan Gir & Saputara All Meals included in the package cost.
- 01 Dbl Bed Room will be provided for 02 Persons, if family for 03 Person the Extra Bed / Mattress will be provided.
- We are not charging any amount for child below 11 Yrs for any services. All Extra should paid directly to the Hotel.
- The above mentioned Hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise we will confirm similar category hotel.
- This rate is valid up to 30th September 2010.
- Rates are valid for INDIAN NATIONALS only.
