Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival date will attract one night retention charge    on the package
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will attract 50% of the package / applied rate    as retention.
• Cancellation within 3 days of arrival date or non utilization of room would attract 100%    package /applied cost as retention.
